For orders sold directly on the "Sell" page and the fulfilled orders, you can find the order in the "Sell" section of "My Orders", and the status of all fulfilled orders is "Matched". Copy the Wallet Submit address, which is the address provided by the buyer to receive the whitelist allocation. The seller needs to submit this whitelist address before the settlement date (depending on the specific requirements of the project). After the buyer releases the payment, the seller will receive their deposit and the buyer's payment.

The status of the order is "Matched". Orders with this status cannot be cancelled because both the buyer and the seller of this order have successfully entered an agreement to trade. Orders that have not been matched can be cancelled. If the project's trading period has ended and the order has not been matched, it will automatically be categorized as β€œCancel.”

For matched orders, if the seller fails to whitelist the buyer's wallet address within the specified time, it constitutes a Default. The seller will lose their entire deposit. The buyer should not click Release Payment; instead, they should open a ticket in our Discord for assistance. The buyer’s deposit will be fully returned, along with 90% of the seller’s deposit, after deducting 10% as a platform fee.
